QK-400 is middle-size egg breaker comes along high-performance features designed for QP series, such as high-speed egg transfer and pneumatic drive diverter. The capacity is 24,000 eggs per hour and fully capable with whole cups, separate cups, both whole cups and separate type, egg washer and auto loader, or aqua loader.

QK-200 is small-size egg breaker which supports highest quality liquid egg process. The capacity is 12,000 eggs per hour and fully capable with whole cups, separate cups, both whole cups and separate cups can be used. Three types of egg loading option is available, one is using 6-row feed conveyor or the other one is using aqua loader comes along simple egg washing feature.

QK-120 is most compact and easy-to-operate egg breaker. The capacity is 7,000 eggs per hour and capable with whole egg process. The power source can be supplied from wall socket and system can be operated by two or three people.

QW(Circulation) Type Washer which reduces the water consumption for washing and KW(One Way Drain Out) Type Washer which is more hygienic are available.

Aqua Loader is an automatic egg loading system that is developed based on the buoyancy mechanism of eggs. Aqua Loader equips a simple washer which simple rotating brush is attached.

Shell Crusher crushes egg shells which are discharged by the egg breaker. It is formed by stainless steel and the side covers are “one-touch” detachable which makes a convenience at cleaning.
