  • Egg Washer & Dryer - NWA/NDA series

    The NWA/NDA series egg washer & dryer is an optional equipment that can be integrated with an egg grader to wash off the dirt from egg-shell and strongly assist to produce clean eggs. The main frame and components are built from stainless steel or waterproofed parts, so it can be washed with running water and the cover panels or brushes can be detached for external cleaning. To bring highest purifying and drying quality for each and every incoming eggs, the washing section has 10 brushes, and the drying section has 10 upper and 8 downside brushes, in normal configuration. Two types of egg washer & dryer, either 6-row or 12-row process, are available and a combination use of oil coating option is also possible.

  • Auto Loader

    The auto loader is an optional equipment to automatically unload the eggs from trays in a 5x6 pattern to in-feed conveyor of an egg grader or an egg breaker. The trays are put on loading section either automatic or manual operation, the eggs lifted out from the trays by vacuum cups, and then gently transfer to in-feed conveyor. Depending on the type system to be integrated, different types of auto loader are available: EX series (25,000 to 35,000 eggs per hour), MX series (30,000 to 38,000 eggs per hour), EXT series (50,000 to 60,000 eggs per hour), EXS series (50,000 to 60,000 eggs per hour), and LX series (30,000 to 39,600 eggs per hour).

  • In-line Accumulator

    The in-line accumulator is an optional equipment for an egg grader to uniformly transfer the eggs on conveyor that come directly from chicken houses. The oscillating mechanism and small-diameter rollers of our accumulator prevent to cause an excessive pressure against incoming eggs and yet assist to ensure the highest filling ratio to in-feed conveyor of an egg grader. Two types of accumulator, either 6-row or 12-row process, are available and a combination use of auto loader is also possible.

  • Mini Egg Washer - USW

    The USW mini egg washer is a stand alone egg washer which has special brushes interweaved with abrasive material to purify the dirt from egg-shell carefully but strongly. This compact machine can be placed at a pre-candling area of a farmpacker or an egg grader in order to improve yield grade of downstream process. The main frame and components are built from stainless steel or waterproofed parts, so it can be washed with running water and the cover panels or brushes can be detached for external cleaning. The USW has capacity of 3,600 eggs per hour.

  • Tray Destacker - DB series

    The DB series tray destacker is an optional equipment to automatically unload and feed single tray from a stack of plastic trays that have been filled with eggs in a 5x6 pattern for downstream process such as an auto loader. The alignment of the tray will be fixed automatically, so the height or orientation of a stack can be flexibly mixed as long as its height is 8 trays or less. The DB series tray destacker is available in different capacity: DB3 (38,000 eggs per hour), DB5 (52,000 eggs per hour), and DBA (62,000 eggs per hour).

  • Tray Stacker - DNS

    The DNS tray stacker is an optional equipment that can be integrated with a farmpacker or an egg grader to automatically stack the plastic trays that have been filled with eggs in a 5x6 pattern. The height of a stack can be changed up to 7 trays by simply selecting the selector switch. Every staking motion is precisely controlled by air cylinder, and carefully handle the trays and eggs to prevent from breakage. The DNS tray stacker has capacity of 35,000 eggs per hour.
