The certain percentage of off-grade and inedible eggs, such as crack eggs, broken eggs, dirty eggs, blood eggs, or spoiled eggs; are exist within the non-sorted eggs brought from egg farm. Therefore, a grading and packing center has crucial role to inspect and remove those abnormal eggs from normal eggs, and then deliver eggs to the market. Installing the detection systems to egg grader will bring high quality egg grading process by reducing the risks within discrimination errors or proficiency of the egg candling person.

• Semi Auto Candler

  The semi auto candler is an optional feature that enables operator to mark the eggs to be sorted out as off-grade eggs by simply using special pointing device at candligh section. Using this semi-auto egg candling feature will reduce operator's workloads and encourage him to focus on egg candling.
  

• Blood Egg Detector

  The blood egg detector automatically detects the blood inside of the egg-shell. By using spectrum pattern analysis technology, the detection accuracy avoids the distortions to shell color, shell thickness, and yolk color of the incoming eggs.

  

  

• Dirty Egg Detector

  The dirty egg detector automatically detects the dirt or other foreign objects stuck on the egg-shell. By using four CCD cameras and special optical source, the scanning range is effective for all around of the egg-shell from top to bottom.
